The Guarantee Your Future Project Is Successfully Completed!

As Kicsi Szívek Egyesülete, we have successfully completed the "Guarantee Your Future" (2023-1-LV02-KA152-YOU-000131745) project in Riga, Latvia, supported under the Erasmus+ Youth Exchange Program. Held between February 25 and March 3, 2024, the project brought together 48 young people from 6 different countries (Latvia, Türkiye, Hungary, Georgia, Czechia, and Italy).
Aim and Importance of the Project: Career planning is one of the most critical processes shaping a young person's social standing, personal growth, and financial independence. In a journey that can often feel complex and confusing, our project aimed to guide participants—including young people with fewer opportunities—in setting clear goals, creating action plans, and discovering their unique strengths and values.
Key Outcomes and Benefits:
Career Awareness & Personal Development: Participants gained practical skills in SWOT analysis, career suitability testing, professional CV writing, and interview techniques to solidify their career plans.
Erasmus+ & Youthpass Awareness: Youth gained detailed knowledge about EU opportunities and the Youthpass Certificate, which formally validates learning outcomes at an international level.
Tackling Prejudices & Intercultural Dialogue: Through cultural nights and collaborative group tasks, participants built cross-cultural friendships, challenged stereotypes, and actively combated racism and discrimination.
Language & Soft Skills: Working in international teams boosted participants' confidence in spoken English, teamwork, stress management, and non-verbal communication.
