As we conclude our Erasmus project in Italy, we feel a deep sense of gratitude for the experiences we had and the connections we made during the week. From 21-27 September 2024, together with our partners from Ukraine, Turkey, France, Hungary and Italy, we brought young people together to reconsider their relationship with technology. In a world where screens dominate every moment of our lives, we offered young people the opportunity to reflect, reconnect and find balance.

The theme of this project was how deep our relationship with technology has become and the negative impact it has on young people's daily lives. We wanted to encourage young people to manage their digital habits in a healthier and more balanced way, but we also wanted to show them that a life away from screens is not only possible, but also enriching.

Throughout the practices, a strong spirit of co-operation and support developed among the participants. They shared their challenges with technology, gave tips on how to manage screen time, and took steps to develop healthier habits by supporting each other. This community spirit increased participants' trust in each other and made real change possible.

At the end of the project, we saw a change in the participants as they re-evaluated their relationship with technology and became more aware of setting healthy boundaries. They now realised the importance of not saying goodbye to technology altogether, but rather finding a balance in using it consciously. By the end of the project, participants had the tools and perspectives to build healthier digital habits in their daily lives.
