Guarantee Your Future - Stepping into the Professional World: Effective CV!

Participants in the Guarantee Your Future project continue to transform theoretical knowledge into practical skills. During the career workshops, young participants received comprehensive training on professional CV preparation and job interview techniques—two critical tools for entering the labor market.

Facilitated by the Czech group leader, the "Let’s Learn How to Write a CV Correctly" session addressed common misconceptions in CV writing and highlighted key elements of an impactful resume through interactive true-false quizzes and presentations. Participants examined CV models that meet international standards and best highlight individual skills.

Following the theoretical session, real-time interview simulations were carried out during the "Let's Apply What We Learn - Interview" workshop. Participants stepped into the roles of both employers and job seekers in simulated interview settings. The program also covered essential topics such as Effective Body Language (Guess My Body Language) and Emerging Careers (Lost and Shining Professions), ensuring participants were well-prepared for a competitive job market. Additionally, participants visited Career Centers in Riga (Stakeholder Visit) to observe local practices firsthand.
